For the last couple of years I’ve been fascinated with how far generative AI can take us in terms of producing content.

For this project I’ve strung together Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Microsoft OneDrive, ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcasts, Soundcloud and Spotify.

The result is a daily, bite-sized podcast with the top five or so “need to knows”.

The first automation scrapes news sites and summarises the content before inputting into a Google Sheet.
The sheet is monitored for activity. When I'm ready to publish, I tick a box in Google Sheets to process via ElevenLabs and save to disk and Soundcloud.
The remaining files are assembled in Adobe's Podcast Studio.
