Team enablement and training

Learn to use AI on your own work.

A tool changes nothing until people know how to use it on their own work. I train teams, and people working on their own, to describe a job to a model, check what comes back, and keep confidential information out of it.

Teams from €1,500 · one-to-one €250 an hour · online, in English

Start with a discovery session and the fee counts towards training. If you go on to an engagement of €1,500 or more within 90 days of the session, the €250 fee comes off your first invoice. Terms

01 / Where people get stuck

What the training fixes.

“We don’t know where to start.”
You’ve heard agent, agent, agents, and the tool can do almost anything, which is the problem. We start with one long, arduous job your team already does and break it into simple steps. Each step becomes a skill: a recipe card the model follows every time.
“Our company uses a different tool.”
Most courses teach one product. I work across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft 365 and the rest, so we train on the tools you already pay for, or are allowed to use, and I show you which one suits which job.
“We can’t share our data with it.”
I’ve led enterprise security, so the rules come first. Your team leaves with written ground rules: which tools to use for what, what never goes into them, and how output gets reviewed before anyone relies on it.
“The answers sound right but aren’t.”
The model does the work, but you hold the result. Every session includes checking what comes back against your own sources, so people trust the output because they have checked it.
“A two-day course doesn’t fit our diary.”
Sessions run on your dates, with your team only. Start with one session, or spread the training over several weeks so people practise on real work in between.
“Everything we build is stuck in one chatbot.”
Your prompts, skills and project notes get saved as files in your own folders, where the whole team can use them, and you can take them with you if you change tools.

You don’t need to know how to code.

02 / What we work on

Start with the work that takes the most time.

We don’t start with a tool. We start with the jobs that eat your week, such as:

  • Reports, dashboards and monthly summaries
  • Research and briefing notes before a decision
  • Meeting notes, actions and follow-ups
  • Sorting email and drafting replies
  • Proposals, contracts and other documents built from a template
  • Procedures, handovers and work logs
  • Finding answers in your own documents

It suits small and mid-sized businesses, teams inside larger organisations, and founders and freelancers who want AI doing useful work without hiring an AI team.

03 / Two ways to work with me

Your team, or just you.

Team training

Sessions built on your team’s real tasks, for everyone who will use the tools.

  • A prep call with the team lead to pick the work we train on.
  • Hands-on sessions where each person works on their own tasks.
  • Written ground rules your team keeps.
  • Skills and prompts saved where your team can find them.

06 / How it works

From a brief to people using it.

  1. Send a brief. Tell me who the training is for, the tools you use or are allowed to use, and the work you want AI to help with. Keep confidential records and credentials out of the form.
  2. Get a quote. I reply by email with a plan, dates and a fixed price. If you had a discovery session in the last 90 days, the credit is on the quote.
  3. Train on real work. Every session uses your own tasks.
  4. Keep what you built. Ground rules, skills and prompts stay with you, in your own folders.

07 / Good to know

Questions people ask.

Do we need to pick an AI tool first?

No. Start with the work. If your organisation has already chosen a tool, or limits which ones you can use, we train on those.

How much time does it take from the team?

A short prep call with the team lead, then the sessions themselves. Between sessions, people practise on work they would be doing anyway, so the training doesn’t add a second workload.

Is this about replacing people?

No. It’s about the people you have spending less time on the repetitive parts of their jobs, and checking the results themselves.

Is it online or in person?

Online by default. I’m based in Valencia, so ask if you’d like sessions in person there.

Our information is confidential. Is that a problem?

No. We set the ground rules first, and I can sign an NDA before you share details. Email me at hello@jimchristian.net to agree it.

What if we need a purchase order or supplier onboarding?

Mention it in your brief and we’ll agree the arrangements before any dates are set.

08 / Send a brief

Tell me about the training you need.

Who it’s for (a team, or just you), the tools you use, the work you want help with, and any dates that suit. I’ll reply by email.
